Independent Station Data Removal Instructions
Dear users, to ensure your independent control over your personal information, we provide you with an independent data deletion service. Below are detailed instructions on data deletion.
Removable data range
All types of data generated during your registration and use of the Site are subject to deletion. This includes but is not limited to basic personal information (such as name, contact details), browsing history, collection information, transaction history, etc.
Delete process
You can request the deletion of your data by:
Online Customer Service Request: After logging in to the stand-alone site, click on the online customer service icon in the lower right corner of the page to explicitly submit a data deletion request to the customer service and provide the necessary authentication information as requested. Our customer service staff will confirm the information with you and process the request within 30 working days.
E-mail Request: Send an e-mail to our official e-mail address [specific e-mail address], with the subject line “Data deletion request”, in the body of the e-mail detailing your account information and deletion request. We will process the audit within [7] working days after receiving the e-mail and respond to your processing results by e-mail.
Delete Time
Once your deletion request has been reviewed, we will complete the data deletion operation within [7] working days. Once the deletion is complete, the relevant data will be completely erased from our servers and cannot be recovered.
Attentions
The deletion of data is irreversible, so please make sure you confirm before applying that it is really necessary to delete it. If you still need to use the services of the stand-alone site after deletion, you may need to re-register and provide the relevant information.
